On Behalf of PELUM Kenya Member Organizations and partners, we wish to congratulate Agricultural Society of Kenya, Eldoret Branch for collaborating with PELUM Kenya. The show is important because it will give our organic farmers a chance to showcase their commodities. The show will provide a platform for networking among value chain actors. It will also promote consumer awareness to ensure everyone is enlightened on consumption of healthy and safe foods.
The theme of the event, “Promoting Innovation and Technology in Agriculture and Trade,” is in line with the action fields of the KCOA-KHEA Project, where we document organic innovations and technologies from farmers, project ‘multipliers’ and organic agriculture practitioners, which will be published on the KCOA Digital online platform. The project disseminates the information gathered through media channels, trade exhibitions, training, and exposure visits.
